An Allocations Operator II job in Paterson, WA is available at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE). The Allocations Operator II position will occasionally need occasional Day and Night Shift rotation.

Allocation Operator II job responsibilities include:



  • Record and enter database additive transactions and disposals. Daily calibration of scales in Allocation area.
  • Operate truck scales. Operate forklift for receiving of additives and storing. Notify Allocation Area Supervisor of inventory shortages.
  • Receive and log inventory shipments. Conduct cycle counts and month-end inventories.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies. Create and print bar codes.
  • Create and distribute updated tank ID cards throughout the cellar. Purchase of additives using Enterprise One.
  • Assist in the cellar as needed. HazMat (HMTC) Certification within 30 days of hire.



Position Requirements:



  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to work long hours during harvest (Sept.-Nov.) - average of 10-12 hours, 6 days a week.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 55 pounds on occasion. Must be able to work in a variety of hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions indoor and outdoor.
  • Able to walk up and down stairs, across elevated catwalks, step over hoses and navigate a busy production environment in the cellar and barrel room.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (alcohol). Valid Driver's License
  • Able to read and understand MSDS and follow procedures for handling materials. Understanding of weights, measures, and mathematical conversion of units.



Your Compensation:

$16.46 to $21.40 an/hr. based upon relevant experience.
