Description Reporting to the Compensation Operations Manager, the Compensation Analyst will play an essential role in supporting day-to-day compensation needs for Leidos. The selected individual will collaborate with other Compensation professionals on a frequent basis and will be responsible for day-to-day operational support of multiple Sectors within the Leidos business. The Compensation Analyst will support and aid the Leidos Compensation team and may be tasked with assisting the Compensation team with other day-to-day tasks as appropriate in order to achieve organizational and Human Resources (HR) objectives. This role is highly collaborative and will require extensive communication with multiple members of the Compensation team and broader HR community. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
