- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in an analytical and programming environment, focusing on integrating enterprise systems with internal, external, and third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP systems.
- Proven ability to comprehend complex, integrated, and diverse computer systems, including legacy systems.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Web Services.
- Proficiency in relational and hierarchical database concepts and design.
- Expertise in Unix scripting and web technologies (HTTP, FTP, etc.).
- Proven track record in designing, developing, supporting, and delivering integration solutions.
- Familiarity with Oracle RDBMS.
- Experience with development tools such as Eclipse, Git, CVS, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Oracle Identity Management for the Cloud and provisioning/deprovisioning processes.
- Experience with EDI and common XML standards (X12, EDIFACT).
- Proficiency in Java programming techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Oracle update and upgrade documentation to assess impacts on existing and new integrations.
- Collaborate with integration partners to define change and testing requirements.
- Provide support for production integration issues.
- Work closely with internal and external integration partners to identify and resolve integration problems.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Log and manage support tickets with Oracle.
- Develop and modify code as needed.
- Coordinate testing efforts with end-users.
- Review Oracle release documentation to identify potential impacts on current integrations, such as file layout changes, field renamings, or size modifications.
- Develop technical documentation and requirements for integration partners to update their code.
- Collaborate with functional leads to coordinate testing and implementation activities.
- Create and maintain project plans to manage integration changes and testing with partners.
- Work closely with functional leads to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for integration automation.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and trends, considering how new features and functionality can address business challenges.
- Adhere to organizational compliance standards, including policies related to corporate compliance, code of conduct, and conflict of interest.
