More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Logistics Coordinator in Bloomington, CA with Signify. Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

  • Batch and release orders including distributing pick tickets to the operations team

  • Schedule carriers for pick-up/delivery of shipments

  • Handle purchasing activities for the team (PO creation, ordering supplies, confirmation that vendors/suppliers are paid, inventory accuracy)

  • Ensure all shipments are closed out daily and that outbound shipment deadlines and schedules are met

  • Run daily reports for operations team on inbound and outbound shipments

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • 2+ years' experience working as a Shipping/receiving clerk in a warehouse or distribution center

  • Experience in customer service

  • Purchasing experience working directly with purchase orders, vendors and maintaining inventory accuracy

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

  • Able to work 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday along with overtime when needed (including Saturdays and coming in early)

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Salary: $32.50/hour to $47.50/hour (depending on experience)
