Required Summary The MIL Corporation is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Software Engineer (Software Engineering, Junior Analyst) to join our dynamic development team. As a Junior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience looking to build a career in software engineering. This position supports a Federal Government client from our Lexington Park, MD location and currently requires a hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. Responsibilities

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
