Job Skills / Requirements Per Mar is looking for a Security Site Supervisor in the Elkhorn, NE area. Starting pay is $18.54 to $20.26. Applicants need to be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The primary purpose of this position is to provide supervision of Per Mar Lead Officers and Security Officers at an assigned account. Supervisory duties include ensuring proper employee performance by adhering to company and client policies and procedures, training employees and assist with scheduling officers to ensure proper security is maintained at the client site according to client contract needs. In this role, you will: Directly supervise Security Officers at assigned accounts. Assist with scheduling Security Officers at assigned accounts. Assist with the resolution of client issues and complaints. Communicate with Account Manager on regular basis. Review and ensure all payroll information is accurate for employees at the assigned account. Oversee training of all new Security Officers at assigned accounts. Maintain, review and distribute required reports and records. Enforce and maintain measures to control overtime and training costs. Wear and maintain appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as outlined for the position and follow all PPE policies and procedures. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by interacting with the Per Mar Security Services internal/external customers (including, but not limited to: current customers, prospective customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, supervisors and management) in a mutually respectful manner regardless of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation and all other protected classes. What you'll need: High School Diploma or G.E.D Six months to one year previous supervisory and/or security experience. A valid driver's license and a good driving record. Basic computer skills with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel. Internet skills required. Must have experience in writing reports and correspondence. Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization Must be able to effectively work with people at all levels of the organization internally and externally. Must be able to physically perform all Security Officer duties on all shifts and the site(s) supervised.
