Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking Training Lead Manager. As a manager on the Retail Transformation Services team, we are looking for a forward-thinking, results-driven Training & Development Manager to design, develop, and deliver specialized training programs for our retail clients. This individual will play a critical role in building scalable training solutions that equip retail teams, support staff, and trainers to excel with our Point of Sale (POS) technology in their unique landscape.
As an integral part of the Retail Transformation Services team the Manager will be responsible for various Client Enablement programs as needed to support activities for both HW and SW solutions, mainly in the ELERA world.In addition to designing and delivering programs, the successful candidate will establish and manage a team of training professionals to expand the reach and impact of our training services over time. This leadership role requires the ability to foster relationships across departments, collaborate with clients, and ensure continuous improvement within training programs.
