The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess: Position Overview: The Financial Manager will oversee the financial health of the organization by managing financial reports, directing investment activities, and developing strategies for long-term financial goals. This role requires at least 5 years of management experience in financial operations, forecasting, and client engagement. Position: Financial Manager/Accounting III Location: Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ Work Type: Onsite, 5 days per week Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Produce financial reports and ensure data accuracy. Oversee and approve purchase orders (POs) to ensure compliance and efficiency. Develop and implement strategies for long-term financial planning. Forecasting and Analysis: Manage forecasting activities to align with organizational goals. Support decision-making processes through financial analysis and recommendations. Client Engagement: Engage with internal clients, including engineering personnel, to facilitate financial operations and align resources effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of management experience in financial roles. Preferred background in telecommunications or decision support roles. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills.
