Business Analyst Pay from $70,000 to $100,000 per year Nevada Branch 8800 Military Road, Reno, NV 895061 Are you skilled in research, reporting and analysis? Then you belong at Uline! Join us as a Business Analyst to support our growth as North America's top distributor of shipping, packaging and industrial supplies! Better together! This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Research and evaluate information to create clear and concise executive summary memos, diagrams and presentations. Translate data findings from reports into actionable recommendations. Analyze company-wide operations, including performance and productivity data, error rates and root causes. Identify trends, document findings and present continuous improvement recommendations to Uline's President and management. Collaborate with business units to better understand processes, issues and strategies to explain obstacles and recommend solutions. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 2 - 3 years of relevant experience. Strong Excel and SQL skills. Power BI experience a plus. Spend 5 hours per week performing warehouse, customer service and HR duties.
