Application Analyst - Epic Radiant, Cadence

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM plus an afterhours on-call rotation. Applicants hired into this position can work hybrid from WI and IL. This will be discussed during the interview process.

We are seeking a Applications Analyst - Epic Radiant, Cadence to:



  • Plan and lead projects related to Information Systems in our EMR (electronic medical record) system.
  • Lead in the development of workflows, system configuration, change documentation and support of operations on application functionality.
  • Use your excellent communication skills to share information with users within the department and organization.
  • Have a good understanding of technical infrastructure when applicable such as networking, data interfaces, and server administration.
  • Provide consultative Information Services advice to departmental and organizational leadership and guiding other employees within the department.
  • Radiology experience, Epic Radiant or Epic Cadence Experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or related field Required
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree Required
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • Demonstrated success in design, development, configuration, support, and adoption of small to medium to scale solutions Required
  • Demonstrated success applying critical thinking to identify problems and opportunities Required
  • Demonstrated success using, configuring, developing, or supporting the applications, tools, and platforms relevant to the position Preferred
  • Three (3) to five (5) years progressively responsible experience in an IS applications field Preferred
  • Demonstrated success working on or leading initiatives that use agile methods Preferred
  • Experience in information services o r technology, direct clinical care, health care operations, or health care administration Preferred
  • Healthcare subject matter expertise including at least two (2) years of experience in a health system, academic medical center , or health payer organization Preferred
  • Experience supporting systems and/or operations in a 24x7 healthcare setting Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Vendor (e.g. Epic, Oracle, other) certifications as relevant for the position, per department guidelines Preferred
  • CPHIMS, PMP, ITIL Preferred
