INTERNSHIP START DATES:
GROUP 1: May 19 - August 8 GROUP 2: June 2 - August 22 GROUP 3: June 16 - September 5 ROLE DESCRIPTION: The Salesforce Finance organization includes a number of teams working together to provide insight into the company's financial performance. As a Finance Intern, you will have exciting opportunities to work directly with global teams to impact the present and future of Salesforce. In this role, you will be assisting managers within Controllership, Revenue Operations, Finance & Strategy, Treasury, Compliance, Procurement, Internal Audit and the Office of the CFO in executing responsibilities ranging from financial statement review and analytics, business compliance audits, and accounting, to operational process improvements and driving team connection within the org. The insights you will gain after spending the summer in a fast-paced and challenging environment will provide you with not only a valuable professional experience, but also connection with a community of interns, professional development and a look into the innovative world of Salesforce.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Current Junior/Rising Senior undergraduate student planning on graduating Winter 2025 - Summer 2026, pursuing a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a similar field * Completed and/or currently enrolled in coursework in accounting, corporate finance, economics, management, strategy, business operations or similar
* Interest in pursuing a postgraduate career in accounting, business, finance, project management or similar * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the willingness to speak in front of senior leaders and large groups * Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets modeling and data analytics skills * Intellectual curiosity, fueled by a proactive approach to continuously expand one's skillset * Highly motivated, self-aware, collaborative, and responsive PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: * PowerPoint/Google Suite presentation building skills * Complex and creative problem-solving abilities * Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities * Passion for process improvement and challenging the status quo * Detail oriented to ensure accuracy in completion of tasks * Must be results and service oriented and have a strong ability to make and communicate progress with incomplete information * Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced, quickly changing environment * Ability to work cross functionally (in person/virtually) and an ability to influence at all levels within the organization * A team player, with a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver excellence, and to do whatever is required to get the job done * A fun, curious, and open-minded personality, with an eagerness to learn new things and is not afraid to ask questions Accommodations If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.
