* Up to $2,500 sign on bonus for Clinical Team Assistants

* Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time CTA position.
Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

* Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

MaineHealth Palliative Care - Rockport | MaineHealth is searching for a Clinical Team Assistant (CTA)! The CTA is responsible for performing daily patient service functions to support the clinical team in the delivery of patient care. The Clinical Team Assistant functions under the license of a provider when performing clinical and other patient care responsibilities.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High School Diploma preferred. Student in a health science program that requires experience for advancement or other relevant clinical experience, or education considered.
2. License/Certifications: Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
3. Experience: Two years of experience in a medical office or outpatient hospital setting required if qualifications under Education are not met.

4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: This role will participate and complete an established training program approved by MaineHealth with the expectation of obtaining certification and transitioning to a Medical Assistant position within one year of eligibility.
