Job Category Program & Project ManagementJob Details About Salesforce We're Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too - driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good - you've come to the right place. About The Team: Did you know that over $700 billion is spent each year on integrating systems? Much of that is spent building brittle, single-use, point-to-point connections between systems that become a tangled, insecure, unchangeable mess. Yet the application landscape in most companies is only getting more complex with increasing adoption of best-of-breed SaaS line-of-business solutions and productivity demands requiring specialized software suited to accelerating every task and function. MuleSoft, a Salesforce company, is delivering the solution to this enormous market, enabling agility, reuse and composability on a global scale through API-led connectivity, both on-premises and in the cloud. Our platform is used by organizations in over 60 countries, from emerging companies to Global 500 enterprises and our growth continues to accelerate. As part of Salesforce, we have an opportunity to offer our customers a fully integrated solution for their integration and automation needs based on business processes and jobs to be done, rather than siloed to one system or another. Gartner calls this hyperautomation, the orchestrated use of multiple technologies, tools or platforms to automate your enterprise. With Slack, we have an enormous opportunity to bring the power of this platform to every end user in the business and meet every stakeholder in this digital transformation where they spend the majority of their time, allowing end users to create their own automations with every system in the enterprise and collaborate seamlessly with every stakeholder. MuleSoft is also poised to play an important role in enabling Agentforce to take action across the enterprise. Key innovations include: Salesforce API Catalog, MuleSoft Topic Center, OOTB actions for 80+ MuleSoft for Flow connectors, Integration Agents, and more! Role Overview: We're looking for a skilled program manager with a proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs in an enterprise organization. You will bring extensive knowledge of program and project management processes and procedures, software development methodologies, and program management best practices with a passion for driving new products from initial concept to successful delivery and market adoption. As a senior leader you will drive major strategic initiatives from beginning to end and identify and drive opportunities for collaboration across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will be responsible for partnering with cross-function and cross-cloud leadership teams to drive the strategy of one or more programs, as well as helping to plan, organize and work with teams to execute the vision. The TPM will often be covering new ground within the company and will need to determine how different organizations work, align key people to goals, and be creative in determining how to drive to success, leveraging successful models where they exist and creating processes and best practices where they don't. Strong candidates for this role will have experience driving cross-functional initiatives at scale and be well versed in go-to-market motions, product development, cross-cloud collaboration, as well as planning, organizing, and collaborating with teams to execute on product vision and operational excellence. You will need to ramp up quickly and become familiar with MuleSoft and Salesforce product offerings and high level architecture. You will need to collaborate and coordinate across multiple functions and clouds to achieve your roadmap. Note: This is an Individual Contributor role. Responsibilities:
