The Paint Shop Worker plays a crucial role in the pre-painting preparation and post-painting touch-up of coaches and coach parts. Key responsibilities include preparing surfaces, detailing, cleaning, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing coaches and parts for painting.
• Masking and detailing coach surfaces.
• Performing body repairs, sanding, buffing, and decaling as needed.
• Cleaning and touching up finished painted coaches and parts.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a paint shop or similar environment is an asset.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
