The Development Manager, Leadership Events is responsible for ensuring the assigned revenue portfolio reaches budgeted revenue for assigned events, which may include luncheons, dinners, galas, or other special events as assigned. The Development Manager will work closely with the Sr. Manager and others to support both the retention and acquisition of donors and corporate supporters. This position will support other leadership events throughout the region as needed to drive forward strong revenue outcomes and event experiences. This position will be responsible for three events that generate $675,000 annually in revenue. As this role requires frequent in-person meetings with local committees, volunteers, donors, staff, and other stakeholders, we need this person to be based in either St. Louis, MO; Minneapolis, MN; or Kansas City, MO areas to facilitate efficient and effective communication and collaboration. Essential Functions / Responsibility Generates Leadership Events revenue while providing leadership, accountability and direction with high level volunteers, donors and sponsors for assigned events
Creates a memorable event experience for attendees while adhering to Society policies
Facilitates Volunteer Engagement for fundraising and event experience in the assigned events

Compensation & Benefits Info: Estimated hiring compensation range for this role is $57,000 - $65, based on our average compensation schedule. Final offers will be based on candidategeographic location and consider career experience and may vary from this range due to these and other factors.
