Office Coordinator

Location: Katy, TX

Job type: Full time

Schedule: 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday

What You'll Do



  • Maintain building access and visitor process.
  • Responsible for maintaining site meeting/conference room schedule and planning.
  • Coordinate and manage location calendar.
  • Approve and manage vendor invoices.
  • Event planning and coordination with site leadership.
  • Coordinate Temp staffing with select agencies and manage timesheets.
  • Manage/maintain and order supplies for office and warehouse.
  • Assist with data entry for department managers
  • Coordinate site events and tours.



What You Bring



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience
  • Computer literate
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Good writing, analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
