We're currently looking for a Store Manager to drive store performance and profitability. This hands-on role involves managing staff, ensuring quality, and maintaining a safe, clean shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximizing shop quality and productivity to meet monthly/annual goals
• Oversee inventory management
• Analyzing problems and working out solutions for the customer
• Hire, train, and manage staff
• Ensure safety standards are met
• Additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3+ years management experience
• 5+ years in tire sales/service (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MaddenCo (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
