Position Overview:
As their Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and executing the marketing strategy that will drive brand growth and awareness. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing to implement both long-term and short-term marketing initiatives, lead the development of new campaigns, and manage the day-to-day marketing activities. In this role, you'll have a hands-on opportunity to oversee a variety of marketing channels, with a particular emphasis on digital marketing, while also building and leading a team to deliver on ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Work with senior leadership to create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals. Drive both digital and traditional marketing campaigns from concept through execution and analysis.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure that each team member's skills are developed and leveraged effectively.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead and execute digital marketing initiatives across all platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital advertising. Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Brand Development and Management: Oversee the development and execution of the brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and track marketing campaigns to ensure the achievement of KPIs. This includes lead generation, customer acquisition, retention efforts, and more.
  • Market Research and Insights: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor trends. Provide actionable insights to the team and leadership to refine strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader company goals and customer needs.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize the marketing budget. Allocate resources across various channels to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to iterate on campaigns and demonstrate the ROI of marketing activities.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with ideally 2+ years in a leadership role. Strong background in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and web analytics.
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing and mentoring a team. Ability to inspire and motivate others while managing performance and driving results.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Comfortable working with senior leadership to shape the overall direction of the company's marketing efforts.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and techniques. Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other performance metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and effectively present ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: A hands-on, flexible approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in building and scaling a marketing department from scratch.
  • Experience with B2B/B2C marketing depending on the company's focus.
  • Familiarity with marketing software and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
