Are you eager to dive into the dynamic world of developmental disabilities and make a real impact? May Institute's In-home Behavioral Services division is currently seeking Bachelor's or Associate's Level Behavior Monitors to train parents, caregivers, and family members to implement strategies that will help them prevent and manage their youth's problem behaviors at home and in the community. As a Behavior Monitor, you will implement behavior reduction strategies as outlined in the behavior support plan. You will also be responsible for teaching family members and other caretakers how to implement these individualized interventions. Services are based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral parent training. We are seeking monitors from the following areas: Plymouth, and Greater Boston (Central, North, West of Boston). As a Behavior Monitor, you will provide services to clients in one of the previously mentioned general areas (travel to client homes will be confined to an approximately 30-minute radius).
