What you will be doing: Bright Horizons operates a broad range of B2B and B2C digital properties and applications. To ensure compliance and to help prioritize our investments and initiatives, we are currently updating our Enterprise-level tag management practices leveraging Google Tag Manager. This role will play a critical role in ensuring accurate tracking, data collection, and measurement across our owned properties. With your extensive experience in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics, you will lead the end-to- end implementation and maintenance of GTM solutions that enable Bright Horizons to gain valuable insights into user behavior and drive revenue growth. Join our dedicated and forward-thinking team to support Bright Horizons in constantly striving to better anticipate and meet our business lines' needs through effective GTM administration. Bachelor's Degreein Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field - Required 5 years web technology experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) - Experience with a Google tag management solution (setting up and configuring tags, triggers, variables, and data layer elements)- Required 2 years Leading Google Tag Manager administration and implementation at the enterprise level; Hands -on experience implementing GTM and GA for an enterprise with compliance protocols - Required
Compensation Range: The annual salary range for this role is: $117,000-$145,000 per year. This position is bonus eligible The range of compensation listed here or that may be discussed in the interview process is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
