Job Title: Site Supervisor (Potential Growth to Account Manager) Company: Per Mar Security Services Location: Roanoke, VA Pay Rate: $23/hour, with potential to transition to a salaried position as the role grows Job Overview: Per Mar Security Services is looking for a dedicated and reliable Site Supervisor to manage security operations at a growing manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is committed to building a long-term career in security management. With the opportunity to transition to an Account Manager position as the site expands, this role offers advancement potential for a candidate ready to make a meaningful impact through dedication and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Operations team to support daily functions. Report time, maintain daily activity logs, and complete service reports. Oversee scheduling and management of security officers. Assist with payroll processing. Be available to work any open shift to ensure seamless coverage. Foster a positive work environment by respectfully interacting with Per Mar Security Services' internal and external customers, including clients, prospective customers, vendors, and coworkers. Adhere to the highest standards of ethical business conduct, always acting lawfully, ethically, honestly, and professionally, and following all company policies and procedures. Essential Functions: This position requires the ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation. What You'll Need: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Management experience, preferably in a security environment. Previous security industry experience is a plus. Ability to obtain a Security Officer License as required by state laws. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Why Join Us? Interview Process: Qualified candidates will be invited to attend a Microsoft Teams interview, tentatively scheduled for the first week of December. (We will be calling to schedule the Teams interviews on Monday 11/25 through Wednesday 11/27) Successful candidates from the Teams interview will then be invited for an in-person interview at a date to be determined. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules - Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security - Warn violators of premise rules and regulations - Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts - Report any facility issues - Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations Qualifications: 18 years of age or older Familiarity with security equipment Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security - Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability. Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screening and background investigation.
