We are seeking a compassionate and proactive individual to serve as the vital link between our patients and healthcare providers. What's Available:

• .8 FTE, 32 hours per week
• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Location - Prairie du Chien
• Departments - Family Medicine, General Surgery, Behavioral Health

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities and computer competency in Microsoft Windows.
• Optometry departments require patient liaisons to be a Certified Patient Service Specialist (CPSS) within 18 months of hire date.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Team player and friendly
