More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Quality Lab Technician in Rosemont, IL with Signify performing analysis on product returns.

  • Performs analysis on returned electronic products and provides reporting on the analysis completed

  • Supports root cause analysis on returned products documenting data and supporting sorting and rework activities for the purpose of containment and problem solving

  • Works on field quality problems of diverse scope, where analysis of field quality data requires evaluation of identifiable factors

  • Development of field quality solutions; requiring a multidisciplinary approach and knowledge of quality principles, theories and concepts

  • Formulates solutions for (technical) partial problems by composing newly acquired field quality knowledge

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • Associate degree in engineering, preferably focused Industrial, Electrical, Software Engineeringa plus

  • 3+ years of related experience in Quality and using Quality Tools: 8D/2 x Why/Trend Analysis/Weibull; data and fact driven

  • 2+ years of experience in customerfacing roles; expertise in customer behavior

  • Experience with people/project management

  • Strong listening and communication skills; highly skilledin having courageous conversations

  • Experience reading schematics and electrical PCB level knowledge

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Salary: $23.61/hour to $34.64/hour

Annual Performance Sharing Plan (PSP): Annual plan target of 2.5% of eligible earnings and is dependent upon the achievement of targeted business results
