About This Role

The Leasing Specialist is a part of the Cell Site Services team and will be responsible for managing UScellular' s inbound colocation projects to achieve tower revenue targets. The role will manage the end-to-end process for new tower tenants and existing tenant equipment changes.



  • Manage end-to-end process for assigned inbound colocation projects:


    • Application review
    • Due Diligence
    • Engineering review
    • Lease Draft
    • Pricing negotiations
    • Customer required inputs and deliverables
    • Obtain internal approvals or waivers, if applicable
    • Close-out documentation


  • Collaborate successfully with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and business partners, including, but not limited to various engineering teams, real estate attorneys, regulatory, site acquisition firms, and landlords.
  • Lead recurring internal and external calls to ensure tenant expectations and internal management goals are satisfied.
  • Enter and maintain all project milestones within the respective systems.
  • Assist with other leasing projects as assigned.


#LI-RM1 Salary Range $59000 - $96000 / yearly

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in a comparable position at a telecom wireless carrier, tower company, or real estate site acquisition/broker/leasing company
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with real estate lease documents, lease contract negotiations, project management, and project forecasting/reporting
  • Ability to work in a competitive, fast environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience with SAP and/or Tririga
