About This Role The Leasing Specialist is a part of the Cell Site Services team and will be responsible for managing UScellular' s inbound colocation projects to achieve tower revenue targets. The role will manage the end-to-end process for new tower tenants and existing tenant equipment changes. Manage end-to-end process for assigned inbound colocation projects: Application review Due Diligence Engineering review Lease Draft Pricing negotiations Customer required inputs and deliverables Obtain internal approvals or waivers, if applicable Close-out documentation Collaborate successfully with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and business partners, including, but not limited to various engineering teams, real estate attorneys, regulatory, site acquisition firms, and landlords. Lead recurring internal and external calls to ensure tenant expectations and internal management goals are satisfied. Enter and maintain all project milestones within the respective systems. Assist with other leasing projects as assigned. #LI-RM1 Salary Range $59000 - $96000 / yearly Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience Minimum three (3) years' experience in a comparable position at a telecom wireless carrier, tower company, or real estate site acquisition/broker/leasing company Excellent oral and written communication skills Familiarity with real estate lease documents, lease contract negotiations, project management, and project forecasting/reporting Ability to work in a competitive, fast environment with multiple priorities Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with SAP and/or Tririga Benefits Associates have access to healthcare benefits (medical, dental and vision), retirement plans (a 401(k) plan with company match and a pension plan funded by the company), Paid Parental Leave (6 weeks after 6 months of employment), Basic Life Insurance (if eligibility requirements are met), Education Assistance (after 3 months of employment), paid Vacation Days (15 days accrued per year for full-time/6 days accrued per year for part-time), paid Sick/Care-Giver Days (6 days accrued per year), and seven paid national holidays and one floating holiday, among others.
