This position is full-time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at N16W24131 Riverwood Dr, Waukesha, WI 53188.

We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Retrieving and distribution of mail
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies.
  • Scanning correspondence to remote staff
  • Assisting cash posting
  • Invoicing for external companies
  • Printing & mailing correspondences received from remote staff
  • Responsible for web access for staff
  • Assisting senior leadership with administrative tasks

Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR Older
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bilingual - English/Spanish
  • Clerical or administrative support background
  • Experience working within the health care Industry and with health care insurance
  • Experience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting
  • Experience working in a call center

  2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with many different levels of employees.
  3. Ability to make sound decisions quickly in a fluid work environment
  4. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
