Position Summary

The Corporate Communications Assistant position is responsible for supporting the corporate communications function focusing on business operations, football, soccer and stadium operations in all efforts to relay information to fans, the media, partners (corporate and community), and employees.

Primary Responsibilities



  • Support creation of a broad array of digital and/or print promotional and communication materials, including presentations, press releases
  • Ensures that all materials present a clear, unified, and positive image for the organization and/or brand
  • Provide communications support for all TSE teams and Bank of America Stadium, including internal and external audiences
  • Help manage communications event tracker and identify opportunities to enhance overall communications internally and externally
  • Contribute to the information flow between sports teams operations and business operations
  • Serves as a liaison with PR, community relations, HR, partnerships, and marketing internal departments across the organization
  • Produce daily news reports, monitor and track media coverage
  • Support TSE LinkedIn profile and collaborate with team channels around corporate and community events
  • Develop communications-related reports and monitor social listening tools and other analytics on an as-needed basis [TG1]
  • Support for scheduling and coordinating logistics for meetings and other internal logistical needs
  • Other duties assigned as necessary



Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, sports management, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sports public relations/communications or related field
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and desktop publishing software; presentation design a plus
  • Must be willing to travel, including on occasion, internationally
  • Must be flexible and available to work evenings and/or weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Must pass pre-employment screens

  • Experience working in the sports, PR, digital, entertainment industry

Physical Requirements



  • Ability to sit, walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment
  • Lift at least 20 pounds



Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment as well as outside in stadium facility environments. This position may work both indoors and outdoors, and endure weather conditions including rain, wind, high and low temperatures, etc. Although this position is primarily an in-office position, it may work remotely as assigned by management and based on current business needs.
