Settlements Administrator

The Global Settlements Administrator supports the domestic and equity investment process by ensuring accurate and timely trade settlements, resolving settlement issues, and maintaining essential system functions for our clients traders, portfolio managers, and client services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Trade Settlements (60%): Resolve settlement issues, monitor trade matching and SWIFT notifications, and ensure accurate communication with brokers and custodian banks.
• System Maintenance (30%): Verify daily system processes, maintain security and account data, and update information as needed for accurate analytics.
• Internal Collaboration (10%): Facilitate communication with other departments to support seamless settlement operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
• 2-3 years' experience in investment operations or a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SWIFT, ALERT, Charles River, GTSS preferred
• Strong understanding of equity and fixed-income securities
