About This Role

The Real Estate Project Coordinator will support UScellular's Real Estate Program Managers on all administrative tasks related to real estate projects for high rent tower relocations, lease renewals, and ground lease purchases. This may include but not be limited to creating/maintaining systems, procuring services, coordinating logistical details for projects, generating reports, and supporting vendor relationships.



  • Provide data and documentation to internal and external clients to support all real estate leasing projects
  • Update information in various locations for data management purposes for the team, including but not limited to fully executed lease tracker, invoice tracker, WBS Tracker
  • Partner with accounting, purchasing, and accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate PO issuance and invoice approvals and coding for all assigned projects
  • Attend deployment meetings with external vendors and internal team members to review the status of each project and implement changes as necessary to ensure timely completion
  • Administer the execution of legal documents through the UScellular contract approval process; review documents to determine the execution procedure; ensure completion and accuracy of all required due diligence; shepherd all documents through the executive signing process
  • Serve as first point of contact for landlords involved in transactions related to real estate programs
  • Assist with all other real estate administrative tasks as needed


#LI-RM1 Salary Range $20 - $25 / hourly

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required plus 3 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
