Position Description

- Develop, communicate and execute regional marketing plans, in close cooperation with responsible stakeholders
- Actively participate in preparation of launches for new products to be introduced into the market; drive success of products introduction in the field
- Support achievement of overall revenue and marketing goals.
- Ensure budget compliance and measures return of investments of marketing activities
- Communicate, inspire, motivate and inform colleagues in sales, service and other teams ensuring clear direction.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers/ networks/ opinion leaders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor situation
- Develop and execute on regional strategies to penetrate selected customer segments


Position Requirements

- 2-3 years marketing experience in Life Sciences. Equivalent sales experience will be considered.
- Master's Degree or higher in Science related discipline.
- experience with digital PCR and related assay technologies
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing tactics and practices.
- Ability to lead by influencing and to generate enthusiasm within your stakeholders community

- Ability to present high-level information for multiple audiences based on analysis and facts
- High level of organizational skills
- Strong team orientation with problem solving skills
