Overview:

Our Senior Revenue Growth Manager is a critically important strategic partner that will create and deliver value for the organization. As such, we highly value the ability to diagnose and predict shopper behavior through deep analytics of various data sets in order to uncover, provide recommendations and monitor the performance of opportunities that will achieve the often-competing goals of growing net sales and profit, delivering market share and increasing volume.

We are actively looking for a Revenue Growth Manager with strong analytical skills, business/commercial competence and prior CPG experience to join our impactful team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, very comfortable in different data sets and is capable of developing pack-price and promotional strategies that enable Beiersdorf to deliver its commercial objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic price recommendations by finding opportunities in pricing, pack architecture and promotional optimization for the category, retailer, channel by grounding in consumer behaviour. Develop pricing strategies that enhance profitability, account for price elasticity and are competitive within the external landscape.
  • Align with key internal stakeholders, closely partnering with commercial, brand/marking, finance, and sales to realize & implement the pricing strategy.
  • Lead RGM analytics for the region to support the enhancement of price optimization tools, templates, elasticity models & accelerate best-in-class RGM capabilities.
  • Manage omnichannel short-term pricing actions, provide strategic price recommendations for innovation and partner with brand to deliver pricing strategy in line with brand ambitions and long-term targets.
  • Analyze, track and steer promotional evaluation process through pre and post performance assessments. Measure critical metrics for own and competitor brands. Provide insights behind the numbers and recommend/steer corrective action. Leverage knowledge to partner with sales to drive improvements, streamline execution and enhance finance impact.
  • Provide customer and category promotional insights and performance metrics into the S&OP process.
  • Consistently evaluate "what" we do and "how" we do it. Seek new solutions to simplify key department processes and ways of working.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS in relevant field, Marketing/Business Administration preferred; Statistics or Mathematics major also considered.
  • 7-12+ years prior experience developing strategic, omni-channel customer and promotional strategies for CPG.
  • Ability to think strategically and to translate internal brand strategy into retailer strategy.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to influence and secure cross-functional support.
  • Must have excellent analytical skills and business insight to build strong cases for change.
  • Must be technology savvy and have strong office productivity software skills (PowerBI, Excel, Tableau).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, innovative attitude, flexible, proactive, service-minded and a strong team player.
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to think strategically and increase effectiveness at achieving overall strategies in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships across many functions and external partners.
