Job Description Summary

The Senior Data Support Management Analyst supports the planning, development, and implementation of Resident Services data management systems to track program offerings, participation rates, and demographics and measure outcomes. Responsibilities will include data system maintenance, data quality assurance, staff training, report building and production, and technical support. The Senior Data Support Management Analyst assists in the oversight and/or use of applications that may include Apricot 360, MS Power BI, Yardi, Excel, business intelligence and/or other applications used to build and create custom reports from raw data.

The Senior Data Support Management Analyst will provide high quality customer service in a multitasking team environment. As a member of the Resident Services team, the Senior Data Support Management Analyst will assist in training and providing ongoing support to staff on the data management system applications and in monitoring and maintaining the quality and timelines of the data.

The Senior Data Support Management Analyst reports to the Senior Director of Programs and Performance.

Job Description

Database Oversight:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Resident Services reporting system.
  • Develop and implement data management policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor database/system performance and optimize for efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and privacy standards are upheld.

Data Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and enforce data quality standards to maintain accurate and reliable resident records.
  • Regularly audit and clean data to resolve inconsistencies and errors.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify data-related challenges and implement solutions.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to staff members using the Resident Services reporting system.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for reporting system -related inquiries and issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Create and generate reports and dashboards to track resident services outcomes and effectiveness.
  • Perform research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Collaboration:Work closely with the Resident Services team to understand their data needs and requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal IT team to coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in data management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in database management and data reporting and analysis. Project Management experience preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate and consolidate reports from a large team of Resident Services Managers.
  • Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices.
  • Experience working in a mission-driven organization or familiarity with issues in community development, housing, demographics and/or real estate development, preferred.
  • Ability to analyze program data and trends to extract actionable insights, supporting informed decision-making in Resident Services.
  • Knowledge of demographic data and measurement techniques from the Census, HUD, and other common sources.
  • Experience visually representing data and producing interactive data tools or reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in translating data for non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptable and collaborative, with an ability to assess data reporting needs and systems and transition to new platforms as applicable.
  • Experience working with diverse, multi-functional teams, virtually or in-person.
  • Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to successfully work on multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
  • Curiosity, desire for self-improvement, passion for social equity, and excitement about sharing new skills and knowledge.

Total Rewards at Enterprise:

  • The base salary range to offer for this role is between $85,000 to $95,000 per year depending on level of skills and experience.
  • The salary range for this position is between the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
