Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Hospice of Marion County-East Team

Position Type: Full Time Days 8a-5p M-F

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Deliver professional and courteous nursing services as part of the Interdisciplinary Care Team.
• Medication Management: Supervise and teach medication administration and record-keeping by family or caregivers.
• Reporting: Communicate daily schedules and report patient changes to the RN Clinical Manager (RNCM) or Primary Nurse.

Requirements:

• Education/Experience: Completion of a Practical Nurse Program; Florida LPN license required.
• Training: No experience needed; extensive training provided.
• Skills: Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification required.
• Other: Valid Florida driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation needed.
