Description MaineHealth Care at Home Summary Summary: Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's level Degree in Theology, or a Master's Degree in Counseling or Divinity required. 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) required. 4 units of CPE preferred. 2. License/Certifications: Currently licensed and/or ordained within a recognized faith community required. Board Certification by the APC, NACC, NAJC, CAPPE, or SCA preferred. Valid Driver's License required. 3. Experience: Relevant experience in the provision of professional ministry or chaplaincy required. Experience working with patients/families dealing with life-threatening illness and death required. 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A 5.
