Job Skills / Requirements The Billings/Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for invoicing customers in a timely manner and helping to maintain 3rd party vendor websites. This position will also be the point person for billing state medical accounts. Primary Responsibilities of Accounting Specialist: Submit invoices to customer and 3rd party websites Maintain online accounts with 3rd party vendor websites Navigate multiple customer billing websites Process credits and refunds Perform cycle invoices and rate increases Other duties as assigned Requirements of Accounting Specialist: Associates Degree preferred. Related experience/training is preferred. Strong experience with computers including Excel is required.
