Crosses over to Maintenance side as directed. Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent experience. Ability to read simple instructions. Ability to print and speak simple sentences in English. Rudimentary ability to communicate in Spanish will help though not required. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. Must be able to perform heavy lifting, strenuous work, such as snow removal. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be flexible to work schedule. Possesses a valid driver's license. Hourly pay rate: $24.84 to $29.51 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
