Work Schedule:

100% FTE, 40 hours/week. 8 or 10-hour day shifts scheduled Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to:



  • Evaluate and treat an orthopedic/spine chronic pain patient population of all ages, develop and guide this patient population through appropriate individualized rehabilitation programs.
  • Efficiently communicate with physician referral sources, and other UW Health departments for care coordination and collaboration.
  • Work within an interdisciplinary pain management team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required

Work Experience

  • 2 years of prior relevant experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required
