Position Summary: The Procurement Manager is responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of procurement activities, ensuring that those activities uphold CRDF Global policy and best practices in all aspects of procurement and subcontract implementation. The Procurement Manager is required to have extensive knowledge and training on the principles, concepts and methodology of procurement and subcontract administration and skill in applying this knowledge to many different, unrelated, and/or nonstandard project activities. While standard operating procedures are available, the Procurement Manager applies a knowledge of complex methods, policies and best practices to provide expertise and consultation to stakeholders, develop implementation plans, evaluate compliance and identify control weaknesses. The position requires ingenuity to adapt procedures, techniques and tools to meet project requirements, and capitalizes on understanding of the department to interact with internal and external customers. The Procurement Manager owns and leads a process or and/or is responsible for staff. Major Responsibilities:

Salary & Benefits: The base pay range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000. The determination of salaries in this job classification depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant candidate experience, job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills.
