Overview The multi-line underwriter will be responsible for the underwriting of new business for an assigned group of agencies in the West Region. Maintains effective relationships with agency contacts to ensure accurate information is gathered for risk evaluation and provides consultation on company product and coverage capabilities that positively impacts risk selection. Enables profitable growth with assigned agencies including periodic profitability reviews and the implementation of profit improvement actions. Must always maintain a professional demeanor. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust's mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization. This position is hybrid out of our Scottsdale, AZ office. (3 days in in office 2 days at home) Responsibilities * Quickly and effectively make underwriting decisions based on review and analysis of information received. Qualifications Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
