ABOUT THIS ROLE
St. Michael's has an opportunity for an experienced Due Diligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Tampa, FL area in support of a large defense organization. The selected candidate shall assist in providing end-to-end due diligence and mitigation strategy development support services to the client. Our core value of Commitment is paramount as you will work independently with little government oversight.

WHO YOU ARE
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance (with ability to obtain SCI).
  • 3 years of experience in briefing and directly supporting General and Flag level Officers and Senior Executives.
  • 5 years of experience with identity data, identity sources and their corresponding data flows, legal implications of identity data, open-source research and analysis tools, identity assessments, identity vulnerabilities, operational risk assessments, and threats to identity.
  • 5 years of experience with identity threat mitigations strategies and the full spectrum of military operations.
  • 5 years of experience with closed-source research and analysis expertise, military Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures, operational tools, and staff processes.
  • 10 years of experience with intelligence all-source analysis and/or intelligence targeting experience to include research, analysis, and writing.
  • 5 years of experience with knowledge management, analytic data development, storage of developed data and final products, and heavy editing and data management of draft products.
  • Minimum of 5 years demonstrating the ability to work independently, make difficult decisions in stressful situations, multi-task, coordinate and prioritize efforts among organizational levels as well as constructively resolve issues and concerns, provide support to multiple geographic locations, coordinate and support meetings and briefings.
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics; or 10-years of military service; or 10-years of comparable civilian sector work experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review military plans and activities to discover threats. Build and recommend mitigation strategies for identified threats especially as it pertains to identity protection and exposures.
  • Data analysis, fusion, monitoring, and mitigation services for commercial and government systems and databases, current technology that addresses these issues, and database and enterprise system development.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and writing. Writing must express analytic findings in a clear and articulate manner. Strong editing skills and the ability to take constructive criticism. Present analytic findings in a highly professional manner to program staff as well as high-level government officials.
  • Research open-source material and develop knowledge and data from those open sources.
  • Follow and assess technology trends that the government could either leverage to assist in its plans and activities or to assess technological risks to those plans and activities.
