LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for an ITS Lead to support our contract at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) in Monterey, CA. Compensation: $120,000.00 LOCATION: Presidio of Monterey, CA Position Overview: This position provides the highest level of support to end users by handling service requests that have been escalated by lower tiers. Oversees the Tier 1, and Tier 2 service desk technicians, Remote Site Support Tier 2 technician and Imaging Technicians at Presidio of Monterey, CA and Alexandria, VA. Job Duties: Support will be provided onsite, remotely, over the phone, or via email. They will be required to develop solutions for complex network, desktop, and server problems. They will have the ability to analyze existing systems and make proactive recommendations for improvements. Develops, maintains, and implements all systems, applications, and networking configurations. Job Requirements:
