Description TCM Supervisor Program Overview From shelter to self-sufficiency through strength-based case management. FaSST/Connections is a behavioral health case management unit that provides evaluation, linkage, and coordination of services to individuals and families living in various shelters throughout the City of Philadelphia. Position Overview The TCM Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the compliance of assigned Resource Coordinators with all applicable county and state mental health regulations governing the delivery of consumer-defined services to individuals with diagnosed mental health disorders, and provide supervision, coaching, and development to direct reports. Required Experience
RHD employees and programs in the City of Philadelphia are required to follow the COVID vaccine mandate. Revised PDPH guidance allows for new hires to be partially vaccinated at the time of hire. This means they have received at least one shot in a two-dose series or a single dose in a one-dose series before beginning in-person shifts.
