Operations Support Specialist - ONSITE CONTRACT

Our locally recognized end client is in need of an Operations Support Specialist for a 6-month ONSITE CONTRACT
opportunity. This is a full time (40 hour per week) position which requires the ability to work first shift 7-3:30 PM EST and pays a RANGE
of $18-24/hr W2.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Performing customer accounts reviews and billing statuses, calling customers to follow up on inquires and performing data entry tasks as assigned.
