Description Acara Solutions is looking for a Project Manager for one of our clients located in Clarence, NY! $125k (flexible based on experience) Monday-Friday standard business hours Comprehensive benefits package Job Summary The Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while estimating costs for upcoming projects. This dual-role position requires someone who can handle the intricacies of project planning, communicate effectively with both clients and team members, and provide accurate cost estimates. The ideal candidate has a blend of analytical skills and people skills, with a focus on delivering quality and staying within budget. Key Responsibilities Project Management Plan and oversee project schedules and workflows, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Collaborate closely with team members and clients, serving as a main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and resources to optimize efficiency and quality. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and make necessary adjustments to stay on track. Conduct regular site visits, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Estimating Review project documents and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates. Calculate labor, material, and equipment costs to provide comprehensive estimates for clients. Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather the best pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities. Create and maintain an organized database of estimates and project costs for future reference. Provide clients with detailed proposals and answer any questions regarding cost and scope. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in project management and/or estimating, must have experience in earthwork, water/sewer lines, asphalt paving or any combination thereof Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
